1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across India. For international orders, please contact our support team at
support@adityasiri.com to check availability and options.

2. Order Processing Time
 All orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after receiving full
payment.
 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working
day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
 Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
 Other Locations: 5–7 business days
 Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, courier service, and external
factors such as weather or regional disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges
 Free shipping on orders above ₹1000.
 A flat rate of ₹100 will be charged for orders below this threshold.
 Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the
tracking ID and courier partner details to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Packaging & Handling
We use food-safe, tamper-evident packaging to ensure that your millet products and other
food items arrive in the best condition. Special care is taken for vacuum-sealed or perishable
items.

7. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:
 Courier partner issues
 Force Majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
 Incomplete or incorrect address details
In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package may be
returned to us. We will contact you to reschedule delivery; additional charges may apply for
re-shipping.

9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please:
 Take photos of the package and contents immediately.

 We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
